Wanagama Petanahan

The name Wanagama comes from two words namely "wana" which means forest and "gama", which stands for Gadjah Mada. Clearly, Wanagama is a forest belonging to the Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta. Making Wanagama Forest in Yogyakarta is a big idea from Prof. Oemi Hani'in Suseno, one of the UGM academics and a Kalpataru award winner.

Sometimes it looks like being filmed with a pine forest background. In Wanagama, Petanahan beach can do outbound like short flying fox, by bycycle in one wire, and many more. But when I'm visit to wanagama in Petanahan Beach I only saw a cool view of the pine forest after jogging in the morning
